Kitch IQ
Film a match. Fix one thing. See it move.
Kitch IQ reads your match video and finds what's costing you points. Rallywise trains it with rounds built from your report. Your next report shows whether it moved.
3 match analyses a month, Rallywise included, and your rounds adapt to each new report

Kitch IQ
What you get back: your court position, scored
Where you stand decides which shots you can hit. We measure where your match minutes went, and score how much of your time off the baseline was in the front court.
Counts only your time forward of the baseline
More than half your time sat at the baseline. Closing that gap — getting to the kitchen line sooner and holding it — is the single highest-leverage change in this match.
The one moment worth re-watching
Your report marks one moment from your match, with its timestamp in your video, worth a second look. Your report’s one focus and its drill come first; this is the moment to come back to.
You backed off the line on a ball you could attack.
ExampleA dink sat up above the net and you stepped back to let it bounce. That gave your opponents time to reset instead of making them defend.
For later
Hold the line: a ball that stays above the net is one to take out of the air and speed up at their hip, not one to back away from.
Your 4-week practice plan
Built around your one biggest gap, each week names a drill, a target and a check, and the plan moves from isolating that one skill to playing it live.
- Week 1
Isolate the skill
- One drill built around your report's one focus, done without rally pressure.
- A target you can count, framed as a starting point, not a benchmark.
- Week 2
Add the follow-up
- The same focus, one step closer to a rally.
- Week 3
One step further
- The same skill, one step harder, or a second skill your report flagged.
- Week 4
Integrate into live play
- Scored in games, on whether the pattern shows up when it counts.
This is the shape a plan always takes. A plan needs enough rallies in your video: at least 20 shots we can follow.
If your video can't support a number, we leave it out instead of guessing.

Kitch IQ
One loop. Every match.
From one match video to a real coaching read, in four steps.

Step 1. Film your match
One phone, propped up, the whole court in view.

Step 2. Upload it
From your phone, or paste a Dropbox, Drive, or iCloud link. Mark the court and tap yourself.

Step 3. Get your report
Usually about 45 minutes. We email you when it's ready.

Step 4. Train with Rallywise
Play rounds built from your report while you wait, then watch the change in your next one.
We show the change. We don't claim we caused it.
Checkout runs through Stripe — we never see or store your card. We delete your original video within 8 days of your analysis finishing — usually as soon as it's done. Your report stays available for 90 days, then it's deleted too. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Questions before you upload
What if my video can't be analyzed?
Check your setup against the filming guide before you pay. If we fail to deliver your analysis, or it fails to process because of a fault in our systems, we re-run it or refund the purchase (Terms, section 6.4).
How long does it take?
It usually arrives in about 45 minutes. You don't need to wait on the page; we email you when it's ready. We look into any analysis still running after 60 minutes. If yours has passed that, email support@pickleswaps.com.
What happens to my video?
We delete your original video within 8 days of your analysis finishing — usually as soon as it's done. Your report stays available for 90 days, then it's deleted too.
Do I need special equipment?
No. A regular phone video is fine, propped or clipped so it stays still rather than handheld. The filming guide shows where to put the phone so the whole court is in view.
Do I need a rating to upload?
No. If you have one, you can add your own rating when you upload, and your report uses it to set what's typical for your level. Kitch IQ's read of your play comes from your match video, and it's not a skill rating.
Is a single analysis a subscription?
No. One match is a one-time payment of $7.99.
How accurate is it?
We only show numbers your video can support. Court position is our strongest read. If something can't be measured reliably from your footage, it's left out of your report. What we measure, what we leave out and why: How Kitch IQ works.
What is Rallywise?
Rallywise is the pickleball decision game included with Kitch IQ. Read the court, pick your shot, and watch what happens next. Every answer comes with the coach's reason. With a single report, you play rounds while your report processes, then one round built from what your report found. Kitch IQ Pro: 3 match analyses a month, Rallywise included, and your rounds adapt to each new report. $16.99 a month. The daily Pickle's Challenge is free on the Rallywise page. Game results measure your decisions in the game, not your rating. (Terms, section 6.5)

Pickleball video analysis, powered by AI coaching
Kitch IQ is pickleball video analysis of a whole match: upload your match video and our AI coaching reads court coverage and positioning straight from the footage.
Depending on what your video shows, your report can include a court-coverage heat map, a position score, a 4-week practice plan, and the single coachable moment worth re-watching. We email you the moment it's ready.
